U. artisan bakery started life with simple love for good food and brilliant bread wherever we find it.

Our menu is a reflection of us. Inspired by the wonderful food that we grew up eating and loving and is at the heart of our home and what we offer.

Travels to the vibrant city of Tel Aviv (my hometown), memories & experiences from around the world made me wake up one day with a new dream, to bake. Day and night I was learning, experimenting, testing new & old recipes and creating a delicious artisan breads for us all to enjoy.

Everything we sell is baked in-house and we pride ourselves on making our products by hand, specialising in sourdoughs which are all long fermented.

Our baked goods and inspiration are ever-evolving, yet we always stick to our promise of baking with the highest quality ingredients, free from improvers, additives and preservatives and from local suppliers, when possible.
